The system consists of a superconducting synchrocyclotron capable of accelerating protons to 200 MeV, with adjustable beam current and a redundant beam dosimetry system for precision testing. The system can be optionally equipped with a scanning electromagnet and automated range shifter, or alternatively configured with scattering foils and static absorbers to suit specific testing needs.
Thanks to its compact footprint, the system enables companies and institutions to bring radiation hardness testing in-house—expanding the range of testable configurations, reducing R&D timelines, and regaining control over testing schedules.
